Shipping policy

Processing time 

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

Shipping destinations 

We ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We do not currently ship outside of these countries.

Delivery times

• Czech Republic & Slovakia: 1–2 business days
  
• Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

Carriers

We ship via Packeta (Zásilkovna) and PPL. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Shipping costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
