• The goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and with intact labels.
  
• For goods made to your specifications or customized to your personal needs, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
• The amount for returned goods will be refunded within 14 days of their return.

COMPLAINTS

• If the delivered goods are defective, you have the right to file a complaint within one year of receipt.
